On my latest visit, I indulged in everything from sweet raspberry horchatas to perfectly grilled steak while soaking in the sights and sounds of Pixar Pier. To kick off my festival experience, I treated myself to a raspberry horchata. The drink was a delightful blend of raspberry, almond, and cinnamon syrups, with creamy rice pudding, milk, and condensed milk that made each sip feel like a dessert in a glass. The best part? It was garnished with a skewer of fresh raspberries that added an extra sweetness, making each sip even more refreshing. Now, let’s check out what delicious main course I had next!
For my main course, I indulged in the Asa’dos. An incredible plate featuring grilled skirt steak and chipotle chicken paired with Spanish rice and salsa verde. The skirt steak was perfectly cooked and tender, and the smoky chipotle chicken had just the right amount of heat. Together, they made for the perfect festival dish. If you are a fan of well-balanced flavors, this is one dish you absolutely need to try. To finish the evening was a Snickers macaron that just thinking about it makes my mouth water. It has a rich chocolatey filling filled with chunks of Snickers.
