10 Snacks Under $10 in Magic Kingdom

When I’m at Disney one of my favorite things to do is eat snacks! Snacking through the parks is as exciting to me as anything because there are always new offerings to try. However, I find that most times my “must eat list” contains all the tried and true favorites that I happily eat again and again.

Dining at Disney can definitely add up quickly (especially with all the snack options!), so if you’re looking for some quick and inexpensive snacks while you’re in Magic Kingdom, get ready to take notes!

Warm Cinnamon Roll from Gaston’s Tavern – $6.99

This huge cinnamon roll is definitely shareable! It’s warm and fluffy and served with melted cream cheese icing all over it. *Pro tip – ask for an extra cup of icing to pour over top and make this sweet treat even more delicious.

Spring Rolls from the Spring Roll Cart (near Adventureland) – $9.99

These are a great savory snack to satisfy your mid day cravings. The flavors rotate, but some popular ones are cheeseburger, pepperoni pizza, and cheesesteak. Each order comes with 2 rolls (you can get both the same flavor or one of each) and dipping sauce, too!

Dole Whip from Aloha Isle – $5.99

When you think of iconic Disney World snacks, Dole Whip is usually at the top of the list. The classic flavor is pineapple, but you will often find specialty flavors (like coconut or orange) and different Dole Whip desserts (like pineapple upside down cake) offered here as well.

Mickey Waffle with Toppings from Sleepy Hollow – $8.49

At Sleepy Hollow refreshments, lovers of waffles + toppings will be delighted. You can choose Mickey shaped waffles with either chocolate-hazelnut spread and bananas or berries and whipped cream. This stand also sells a la carte sides of bananas, berries, and hazelnut spread so you can order them all and make a delicious waffle, fruit, and spread creation of your own!

Jalapeno Poppers from Westward Ho – $6.29

If you’re looking for something on the savory (and spicy) side, grab an order of jalapeno poppers as you’re heading through Frontierland. They’re stuffed with jalapeno and nacho cheese on the inside and served with a side of ranch for dipping. You can snag a frozen lemonade slushy while you’re here, too, if you need something cool to wash it down.

French Fries with Cheese Sauce from Casey’s Corner – $5.49

Here’s another savory option that you can easily enjoy while sitting on the grassy area overlooking the castle or as you watch the Festival of Fantasy parade come down Main Street USA. These shoestring fries are always perfectly done and the side of cheese sauce for dipping just makes them even tastier.

Warm Cream Cheese Stuffed Pretzel from The Launching Pad – $7.79

If you’re looking for a break from the traditional Mickey shaped pretzels and craving something sweet, the cream cheese stuffed pretzel will do the trick. There’s no dipping sauce needed for this one since the filling is already inside, so it makes a great portable option as you’re wandering around the park.

Pepper Jack Pretzel from Cheshire Cafe – $7.79

Yes, another pretzel on the list, but again this gives you variety from eating endless regular Mickey shaped waffles. This is when you’re looking for a change, but also in the mood for something with a kick. The inside of this pretzel is stuffed with warm and melty pepper jack cheese for another delicious handheld snacking option.

Tiana’s Famous Beignets from The Friar’s Nook – $6.99

With the recent opening of Tiana’s Bayou Adventure, some new snacks have hit the park. The most obvious is the availability of New Orleans style beignets. These are served with plenty of powdered sugar and drizzled with honey, so make sure to grab extra napkins with your order.

Mickey Cereal Treat from Main Street Confectionary – $6.99

To be honest, part of me wants to just put the entire Main Street Confectionary on the list because it’s one of my favorite sweet spots in the Magic Kingdom. You’ll find plenty of delicious treats here including cookies, brownies, caramel apples, pretzels, popcorn, and more, but there’s something about the Mickey cereal treats. They just taste different (aka better) than any others you can buy outside of Disney. You’ll find a variety here with different drizzles or candies mixed in so there’s something to appeal to all taste preferences.

I’m throwing in a *bonus* honorable mention here and that is the popcorn, which you can find at various popcorn carts throughout all of the parks! Again, like the cereal treats, I don’t know what it is, but the salty and buttery popcorn in Disney just tastes better than anywhere else. If you want a regular size container of popcorn, you can snag it for $5.50. However, if you’re going to be in the parks for a few days and your family enjoys this snack, I recommend buying a refillable popcorn bucket, which starts at $13, which you can then refill as often as you want throughout your trip for just $2.25 each time. My family LOVES popcorn, so we refill our bucket multiple times a day making the popcorn one of the most cost friendly snacks we enjoy on our Disney vacation.

It’s probably easy to see why snacking around the parks is one of the things my family and I enjoy most about our Disney trips. We love to make a list in advance of all the snacks we’re excited to try (even if many of the same items show up on our list time after time).

Another quick tip for both meals and snacks is to split them with your family members. Many portion sizes at Disney are quite generous, and sharing with one another means that you’ll all be able to try more things!
